The site is designed to work with the way you browse—not require you to work around it
Hearth aims to make its public website and core conversion paths usable across keyboards, screen readers, zoomed layouts, and other assistive technologies.
Built toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA
Hearth designs toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. We do not describe the production site as fully conformant unless the experience has been evaluated against the applicable success criteria.
Read WCAG 2.2 at W3C ↗Meaningful page structure.
Use semantic headings, landmarks, labels, instructions, and text alternatives so the interface communicates meaning beyond its visual layout.
Keyboard and focus.
The accessibility target includes keyboard-operable navigation, forms, dialogs, and controls with visible focus and without pointer-only interaction.
Readable and adaptable.
The accessibility target includes preserving meaning under zoom and reflow, maintaining usable contrast, and avoiding motion or interaction patterns that create unnecessary barriers.
Embedded tools still need an accessible path
Calculators, CRM forms, scheduling tools, or other third-party interfaces can introduce markup Hearth does not fully control. If a third-party interface prevents you from completing a core action, email Hearth and describe the barrier so we can identify an available alternative.
Found a barrier?
Email inquiry@gotohearth.com with the page, the problem you encountered, and—if useful—the browser or assistive technology you were using. You can also use that address to request an alternative way to access a page or complete a core action.
